Conflicts have been resolved by rebasing the branch onto the current main and keeping the already merged community catalog entries intact. The PR now only adds the agent-parity-governance catalog entry and the corresponding docs row. JSON validation and git diff --check pass locally, and GitHub now reports the PR as mergeable.
